The Trac Hub
Your retail parking lot is outfitted with gorgeous TRAC Hubs, where all of the magic happens and to which your shoppers are drawn.
The Hub consists of customizable shopping cart Trains, individually outfitted as one, two, or three multi-directional lines of carts hooked into the system. Instead of weaving through aisles of parked cars, your Hub is right there.
An engineered patented shopping cart retraction system manages supermarket, mall and department store parking-lot shopping carts. Carts lock into the track and may only be released from and returned to the hub with our smart TRAC technology.
The Kiosk serves as the gateway to release a cart from The Train or return it to The Hub. To release a cart, The Kiosk prompts a shopper to key in one of four unique shopper identifiers:
- The Retailers App (white label to your brand)
- Pin Code
- Guest Shopper Phone Number
To return, the customer inserts their cart back into The Train and is notified that cart was returned successfully (no interaction with The Kiosk needed).
